Terms and Conditions
General Information
The owner of the online store tabletennis.ee (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Hetkepüüdja OÜ(registration code 12759015), located at Tammiotsa, Lahmuse village, Põhja-Sakala municipality, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed alongside the products. Additional charges apply for delivery.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The final delivery cost is displayed during the checkout process.

Product information is provided directly on the product pages in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To place an order:

Add the desired products to your shopping cart.

Fill in the required fields and select the preferred delivery method.

The total amount payable will be displayed, which can be paid via bank link or another available payment method.

The sales agreement comes into effect once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If a product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. The amount paid, including shipping costs, will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the notification date.
Delivery
We ship products to the following locations: Estonia and EU countries.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout.

Domestic deliveries within Estonia typically arrive within 3-7 business days after the agreement takes effect.

International deliveries take approximately 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.

The withdrawal right does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return policy, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, properties, and functioning, as would be allowed in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond this or shows signs of wear, the Online Store may reduce the refund amountaccording to the depreciation of the product’s value.
To return an item, a withdrawal request must be sent to info@tabletennis.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.

The buyer covers the return shipping costs, except if the return is due to receiving the wrong or defective item.

The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request.

The Online Store refunds the buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, provided the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been supplied.

If the buyer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the excess delivery cost.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction if the price of a product was mistakenly marked significantly below the market value due to an error.
Claims and Warranty
The Online Store is responsible for any product defects that were present at the time of delivery and that appear within two years from the purchase date.

If a defect appears within six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@tabletennis.ee or calling +372 55699589.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused by improper use after delivery.

If a product is found to be defective, the Online Store will either repair, replace, or refund the item.

The Online Store responds to consumer complaints within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Data Processing

The Online Store processes personal data (name, phone number, address, email, and payment details) only for order fulfillment and delivery purposes.

Personal data is shared with shipping companies only for the purpose of delivery.

Marketing emails and newsletters are sent only if the buyer has explicitly opted in.

The buyer can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions in the email or contacting the Online Store.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints, they must be sent to info@tabletennis.ee or by calling +372 55699589.

If the buyer and Online Store cannot resolve a dispute through negotiations, the buyer can submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The Consumer Disputes Committee resolves disputes free of charge.

Buyers can also seek dispute resolution through the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
